Apartments Old time hotel are located in New Town of Prague in neo-Renaissance building with the Art Noveau elements in the historical center of Prague only 10 minutes walk from the famous Prague's Wenceslas Square and just 5 minutes walk from the stop of public transport I.P. Pavlova. It provides an easy access to the entire city. All thematically tuned rooms passed through the reconstruction. During this reconstruction, the designers made prompt efforts to make as much as possible to preserve the original features of this historic building from the 19th century. But it was placed emphasis on the guests feel well here.

In 1996 was completed a modern landmark of the Vltava bank, created by Frank O. Gehry and Vlado Milunic. Adjacent parts of the house are called Fred and Ginger according to dance duo Fred Astaire and Ginger Rodgersova, because its dynamic form evokes the dancing couple. The whole structure stands out from the line of the surrounding buildings, the windows are scattered around the perimeter. The building is made up of 99 panels, thanks to an unusual shaped of the building, each of them is original (each has a different shape). Dancing House received the highest award in the category of design in the enquiry of U.S. magazine Time. In the Czech magazine Architect, it was among the five most important Czech buildings of 90th years. In the building, financed by the Nationale Niederlanden, there are offices, luxury cafe and restaurant.
